Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged during delivery – If your product arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong product is delivered – If you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will correct it immediately.
- Product is defective – Manufacturing defects are covered under our return policy.
Please Note: Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
2. Return Timeframe
Return requests must be raised within 5–7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Raise a return request through our website or contact our support team
- Provide proof of the issue (clear images or videos of the damaged/wrong/defective product)
- Our team will verify your request and approve the return if it meets our policy criteria
- Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide return instructions
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products (such as skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene items)
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days from the date of product inspection
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.

3. Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details and tracking information.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
- COD is available on select products and locations
- COD orders may require confirmation via phone or email before dispatch
- Additional COD handling charges may apply (if applicable, it will be shown at checkout)
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
5. Pricing Transparency
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
- No hidden charges will be applied at checkout
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned before you complete your purchase
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but your order price will be locked once payment is confirmed
